Brother of Janet, Joan, and the late Lorraine. Brother-in-law of Joan Madsen. Further survived by great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other family and friends. Richard was a veteran of the United States Air Force, and retired from the 440th Airlift Wing, General Mitchell, ARS. Richard was a member of the American Legion Post 416 and also a devoted member of Our Shepherd Lutheran Church in Greendale, WI.
