Passed away surrounded by family on Saturday, April 2, 2022. Loving dad of Ronald (Rhonda), Donald (Jacqueline) and the late Susan Davis and infant Michael. Beloved grandpa of Bryan, Kyle, Ashlyn and Ireland. Proceeded in death by his wife Judy (nee Schultz) who passed away in 2017. Richard was a retired Milwaukee County Deputy Sheriff after 21 years of service. He then moved to Las Vegas where he worked for the Nevada Department of Motor Vehicles for 18 years. Richard proudly served in the United States Navy aboard the USS Saratoga in the Korean war. He will be remembered for his great sense of humor and his quick wit which he passed on to his family. Upon Richard's request, private services were held.
