Born to this life on June 22, 1941 to George and Alvina Richter and was born to eternal life on September 3, 2009. Preceded in death by his first wife, Patricia. Loving husband of June. Cherished father of Amy (Joseph Pagano) Richter, Andrew (Jennifer Prough) Richter, Joel Richter, Heidi (Gilbert) Green, Heather Peters and Christopher Peters. Treasured grandfather of Emmett Prough Richter, Giovanni and Nala Green. Dear brother of Bruce (Diane) Richter and Kenneth Richter.
