Preceded in death by his parents Irvin and Ruth Wiest. Dear son-in-law of Ann and the late Henry Lippitt. Brother-in-law of Dennis (Marlene), David (Linda) and Duane (Wendy) Lippitt. Pastor Wiest received his B.S. in Comunications from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, his M. Div. at Concordia Theological Seminary in Fort Wayne, IN and his Ph.D. in Religious Studies at Marquette University. Rev. Dr. Stephen R. Wiest was ordained on June 15, 1986 at Luther Memorial Chapel in Shorewood, WI. His calls were Mission Field in Ghana, West Africa (1987-89), University Lutheran Chapel in Milwaukee (1989-97) and Our Father Ev. Lutheran Church, Greenfield (2000-present).
