Rafael Luis Tejeda joined his mother Gladys J. Rivera and cousin Melissa Medina in Eternal Life. Survived by his father Victor Perez Tejeda and other family in the Dominican Republic; Grandparents Alejandro and Gladys Rodriguez; Luis Rivera; his brothers Victor B. Castro and Charly Folts. He is further survived by his aunts Jaquelyn (Edwin) Medina and Christine M. Rivera; and his cousins Evelyn M.
