Anderson, Priscilla Rae (ne Smerek) passed away on Monday, September 3, 2018, at the age of 69, after a courageous battle with cancer. Priscilla was born on August 2, 1949, in Watertown, WI. She was the loving mother of Jason (Jackie) Anderson and Joshua Anderson, both of Milwaukee. She is also survived by her brothers, Pastor Percy (Ada) Smerek of Stonewall, Texas and Wally (Connie) Braunschweig of Chicago, Illinois, and sister Ramona Smerek Caldwell of Phoenix, Arizona. She was a devoted Aunt to Jeff (Debbie) Pflanzer, Dawn (Ken) Pflanzer Kaiser, Thor (Sherri) Smerek, Heidi (Travis) Smerek Klaassen, Linda (Tucker) Smerek Klaassen, and a Great Aunt to their children. Priscilla was preceded in death by her mother and step-father Lee and Walter Braunschweig; father John Smerek; and sister Thea Smerek Pflanzer. Priscilla was particularly proud of her large, extended family that she loved dearly. She was the cherished Ma A to Ron Gomez, Frank and Cheryl Gomez, Damon and Sarah Decorah, Linda Gomez, Dawn Gomez, Travis and Sue Decorah, George and Tammy Burke, Eric Peterson, Dan Adkins and Danielle Adkins. Beloved Grandma A of Jonny, Logan, Reece, Monica (Fred), Jessie, Kayla, Brandon, Dominic, Destiny, the late Dejah, Stephanie, and Savannah. Priscilla will be remembered as a kind soul who believed that there is good in everyone and everyone needs a home. Throughout her life, Priscilla touched many hearts. The family will host a celebration of Priscillas life that will take place on Sunday, September 23, 2018, from 3pm to 8pm at Lees Luxury Lounge, 2988 S. Kinnickinnic Avenue. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to a favorite charity in Priscillas memory.
