Phyllis M. Cialdini

Phyllis Cialdini (nee Salza), age 79, was born to Eternal Life on Wednesday, June 11, 2025. She was a loving and devoted mother to Noel (Chris) Tessmer, Richard (Lindsay) Cialdini, and Matthew (Jennifer) Cialdini. Cherished "Nana" to Natalie and Christopher Jr. Tessmer; Nicole (Ethan) Schuessler, Isabella, Mario, and Vincenzo Cialdini; and Sophia, Olivia, and Dominic Cialdini.

Phyllis was the beloved sister of Peter (Georgiana) Salza and deeply loved by her devoted sister-in-law Barbara (the late Arnold "Bud") Cialdini. Sister-in-law of John (the late Marlene) Martell and Ida (Tom) Spack. She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Rose Salza, and is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.

Born and raised on Milwaukee's East Side, Phyllis was a proud 1964 graduate of St. Joan Antida High School. She was the former owner and operator of Guido's Deli and Catering and later dedicated over 30 years of service as a property manager with Milwaukee Investment Realty, retiring in 2023.

Phyllis was an avid reader who also found joy in cooking, baking, and sharing her love of Italian traditions-especially during the Christmas season. She treasured the time spent in the kitchen with her children and grandchildren, making homemade pasta, gnocchi, ravioli, pepperoni sauce with meatballs, cookie bars, and cannoli-memories that will live on for generations.

She will be remembered for her deep love of family, her calm and easygoing nature, her unwavering faith, and her admirable work ethic. Phyllis touched the lives of many and leaves behind a legacy of love, strength, and cherished traditions.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 18, 2025, from 9:30 AM to 11:15 AM at St. Mary's Catholic Faith Community, 9520 W. Forest Home Ave., Hales Corners. Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 11:30 AM. In lieu of flowers, memorials in Phyllis's name may be to the St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
