Went to his Heavenly home on Sunday, February 12, 2023, age 84 years. Preceded in death by his wife, Norma Jacobs. Survived by wife of 50 years, Loris Jacobs; sons, Matt (Karen), Mark (Ji Young), Mike (Christine) and Colin (Ronett) Jacobs; grandchildren, Ryan, Kate, Calista, Nate, Rachel, Lauren, Rob, Sarah and JonDavid. Also survived by other family and friends.

Phil served in the US Air Force in Tampa, Florida during the Cuban Missile Crisis and taught and coached for Milwaukee Public Schools, retiring from Milwaukee Tech High School. He was an avid bowler and golfer and sang to the Glory of God in numerous choirs. Thank you to Dr. Suhail Allaqab and and staff at St. Luke's Medical Center.

Memorial Visitation at Eastbrook Church, 5353 N. Green Bay Avenue, on Saturday, March 11, 9:00-11:00 AM. Memorial Service at 11:00 AM.
