Philip A Kowalski, 57, of Milwaukee, passed away on Saturday, December 12, 2020 at St. Luke's Hospital with his son Blake by his side. Philip was born August 4, 1963 in Milwaukee. The son of Jerome and Bernadette Kowalski. Philip graduated from Pius XI High School in 1982. Philip was united in marriage to Patricia Onesti at St. Philomena Catholic Church in Birnamwood on April 4, 1992. Philip liked traveling food and taxes. He had also found a passion for teaching in his short time working with students at Anthem College before its closure. Philip was well known in the local hotel industry where he worked at several locations as a revenue agent/night auditor. Philip was working towards his PhD, but received his Bachelors and Master's degrees, with acknowledgments, in accounting & business management at the University of Phoenix, Capella University, and Walden University Philip is survived by his wife Patricia; four children, Jordan (Missy Buss) Onesti of Bowler, Blake and Cody Kowalski of Milwaukee, Megan Kowalski of Minneapolis, and one grandson Cole Onesti; sisters Denise (the late Robert Scheldroup), Lisa (Kenneth) Miller; sister's and brother's-in-law Sue Thiex of Wittenberg, Allen (Lisa) Onesti of Mattoon, Karen (Bruce) Tomlinson of Wittenberg, Teresa (Jacob) Daruthayan of Shawano, Daniel (Denise) Onesti of Wittenberg, Sarah (Paul) Kickhaver of Beloit, Brenda (Michael) Rondeau of Wittenberg, Holly (Tony) Wudstrack of Caroline, and many nieces and nephews. Philip is preceded in death by his dad Jerome, brother Jeffrey Kowalski, grand parents Joanne and Stanley Cypcar, and Anna and Aloysius Kowalski, brother-in-law Pete Thiex, and Sister-in-law Sue Kowalski, mother and father-in-law Beverly and Frank Onesti.
