"Phil"

Born to Eternal Life on Friday, February 6, 2026. Age 81 years. Beloved husband for 57 years of Ann (DeSantis). Loving dad of Lucia DeMarinis and Anna-Maria DeMarinis-Lokker. Dear father-in-law of Chris Lokker. Preceded in death by his brother Dominic DeMarinis. Further survived by many friends, cherished customers and dedicated staff.

Phil was born and raised in Bay View. He attended Immaculate Conception grade school and was a 1964 graduate of Bay View High School. Phil spent his entire life in the restaurant business. He was the very proud owner of Dom and Phil Demarinis Original Recipe, a business he started with his brother and worked alongside with his two daughters and wife.

Throughout his life Phil was a car enthusiast. He loved both classic cars and street rods. Phil enjoyed being invited to attend many of the local car club events. His favorite team was the Pittsburg Steelers. He enjoyed listening to 50's music, especially Elvis.

What Phil loved most in life was being at the Restaurant with his family. He loved talking with his customers many of whom were his dear friends. There he would tell stories and greet those who came in. He was grateful to the many staff members that helped make his business successful considered himself very fortunate to be a part of the fabric of the Bay View community.

Memorial visitation at the Funeral Home Monday, February 16, 2026 from 3-7 PM. Memorial Service at 7 PM. In lieu of flowers, memorials in Phil's name may be made to the MACC Fund.
