Found peace on Monday, March 7, 2022, age 78 years. Beloved wife for 55 years to H. John Manke. Loving mother of Mary (Kevin) Jones, Mark (Tracie) Manke and Kurt (Olivia) Manke. Proud grandmother of Hayley (fiance-Matt), Laurayn (fiance-Jose) and Nixon; Samuel, Zachary and Amelia. Dear sister of the late Sally (the late Gerard) Skibinski, the late Walter "Butch" (Janet) Kielas, Paul (Fran) Kielas and Linda (Dennis) Luccason. Further survived by other family and friends. Penny was a member of the Parent Teacher Association for Bay View Area Schools, Humboldt Park 4th of July Association, the Bay View Historical Society, the Polish Women's Alliance, Friends of Humboldt Park, Girl Scouts of America, Bay View Bash-Children's Area, Bay View High School Alumni Association-Volunteer and graduate of Pulaski High School.
