Born to eternal life and reunited with his beloved wife, Martha (nee Janda) on Monday, May 29, 2017, age 86 years. Cherished father of Michael (Nancy), Mark (Jeanne), Philip (Lynn), Lisa (Jim) Pekar, Katy (Dag) Rivedal. Loving grandfather of Daniel (Jackie), James, Julia, Benjamin and Bailey Steffes, Sarah (Andy) Newbauer, Abigail, Peter and Elizabeth Pekar, David, Hannah and Samuel Rivedal. Proud great-grandfather of Chase and Charlie Steffes and Nolan Newbauer. Dear brother of Ralph (Darlene) Steffes. Also survived by brothers/sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, other family and many friends. Paul was a retired Administrator at the former Trinity Memorial Hospital in Cudahy and a U.S. Army veteran. During his retirement, he enjoyed being a very active member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, being an employee of First Choice Ingredients, playing golf and most of all, spending time with his family. He also took great pride in maintaining his gardens at home. Above all he will be fondly remembered as a shining example of a husband, father, grandfather and good shepherd of the Lord.
