(nee Reynolds) Was reunited in love with the late Gilbert Lemmer on Monday, May 9, 2022 at the age of 95. Devoted mother of Paul (Kathy) Lemmer, Elizabeth (Bruce) Krakau, the late Peter Lemmer, and the late Jon Lemmer. Proud grandma of Bryon, Justin; of Emmily (Brendan) Scherb, Paul (Stephanie Skrade) Krakau and Sally (James) Mitman; and of Aliyeh Lemmer and Jessica. Cherished great grandma of Mariah, Jocelyn, Griffin, Penelope, Nora, Jacy, Raiden, Weston, Abigail and Arthur. Pat will be remembered for her smile, her quick wit and her independence. She loved people and people loved her. She made friends everywhere she went. Pat loved music, there was also a side to her that appreciated the arts. She will live in our hearts forever.
