The family has requested that everyone please wear a mask while attending the services Patricia Joy Kveen Was born into eternal life on July 23 2022 at the age of 90 years old. She was born January 3, 1932 to Hazel & St Mar Bodette. Pat was married to Herman Kveen and had 4 children. She worked at Sears for 30+ years and adored the friends she made there. She dedicated her time to volunteering at Ascension Lutheran in the nursery, sewing for the choir, working for the election commission and helping at the senior meal site. It was at Ascension she met John Michaels. Pat loved her church, documenting every family gathering with photographs, growing African violets, crocheting, baking pies, playing cards with her friends, going to Old country buffet, and watching MASH but most of all she loved her family. She carried her brag book everywhere to show off pictures of her grands and great-grands. She is proceeded in death by her parents, her husband; her significant other John Michaels; her beloved sister, Bobbie Hedlund; sister-in-law Betty Bodette. She is survived by her brother Pete (Lavonne) Bodette; her children Linda (Lyle) Hager, Patty (Gary) Ringwell, Daniel (Linda) Kveen, Gayle (Todd) Levra, as well as 9 grandchildren and their spouses, 19 great grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren. Visitation on Friday, July 29, 2022, 9:30-11:00 AM at Ascension Lutheran Church, 1236 S. Layton Blvd., Funeral Service at 11:00 AM. Entombment to follow at Arlington Park Cemetery.
