"Pat"

(nee Wierzbinski) Born to Eternal Life on Thursday, April 2, 2026. Age 91 years. Beloved wife of the late Robert Holm. Loving mother of Rose (Joseph) Vukovich. Cherished "Babcia" of Armando Gallegos and Dana Gallegos. Dear great-grandmother of Marquis, Michael, Maya Gallegos. Adored aunt of Margaret, Bonnie, Tina and Sandra Wierzbinski. Pat is preceded in death by siblings Chester Wierzbinski, Esther Mason and Sally niece Diane, nephews Mike, John, David and Paul and her parents John and Stephanie Wierzbinski.

Pat was born and raised in Milwaukee. Throughout her life she enjoyed painting, playing dominos, reading and crafting. She will be remembered for desire to help others pursue their interests and passions. She was active in bird rescue and fostering troubled kids. She was loved by all who knew her and will be greatly missed.

Visitation at the Funeral Home Sunday, April 12, 2026 from 3:00 - 4:30 PM. Funeral Service at 4:30 PM. Private interment Good Hope Cemetery.
