Patricia M. Evchuk

(nee Mahony) Found peace on Sunday, May 11, 2025, age 98 years. Beloved wife of the late Alexander Evchuk and Fred Yakel. Loving mother of Rex (Leona) Evchuk, Randall (Laure) Evchuk and Patricia (Jerry) Call. Proud grandma of Danielle (Ben), Julie, JD and Kacey (David). Great-grandma of Luke, Zachary and Matthew. Great-great-grandma of Bradley. Further survived by numerous family members both here and in Australia.

Visitation on Tuesday, May 27, 2025, 10-11:30 AM at St. Luke's Episcopal Church, 3200 S. Herman St. Funeral Service at 11:30 AM. Interment to follow at Wood National Cemetery. If desired, memorials to St. Luke's Episcopal Church are appreciated. Pat's family would like to thank the care givers and staff with Sunrise Meadows and Preceptor Hospice for the loving and gentle care given to Pat and her family.
