(nee Flagge) Born to eternal life after a courageous battle with Pulmonary Fibrosis on Thursday, February 23, 2012, age 74 years. Survived by her treasured daughter, Theresa (Neil) Borkowski. Beloved sister of Judy (the late James) Gregory. Dearest grandma of Brett and Sean. Preceded in death by her precious mother Helen Sophie Bzdawka-Flagge and father, Gilbert Joseph Flagge; grandparents Charles and Catherine Flagge and Frank and Sophie Bzdawka. She is survived by her cousins, Lois, Catherine, Charles "Buddy" and Ellen and further survived by other family, many well loved friends and her "companion", Baby. Patty was a former employee of the former Joseph Schlitz Brewing Company and Beer Capital Distributing. She was the president and an active member of the Historic Layton Boulevard Association. Her positive attitude, sense of humor and strong will to live, has inspired everyone who knew her, to love life to its fullest. A special thank you to all her loving medical caregivers who become her friends, especially Dr. Rade Tomic and the staffs of both Froedtert Hospital and Heartland Hospice.
