(nee Gardner) Passed away Sunday, December 14, 2003 at the age of 58 years. Patricia is the beloved mother of Frank (Shirley) Azzolina, Seralee Mommaerts, Anthony Azzolina and Joseph (Tracy) Azzolina. She is the muched-loved grandmother of Joseph, Frank, Patty, Billy Jr. Caroline and Ashley. Also surviving Patricia are her siblings; Kathryn (C.G.) (Robinson) Rangle of Antigo, WI, Mylan (Karen) Gardner of Bowler, WI, Daniel Robinson of Appleton, WI, Marsha Kotlov, Larry Schultz, Edgar "Mort" Gardner Sr. of Milwaukee, WI. Patricia is preceded in death by her parents, Charles Gardner and Joyce Schultz. She is a very special aunt to Oleyna and Mylan Gardner Jr. Further survived by cousin, aunts and uncles other family and friends. A Visitation will take place at the Prasser-Kleczka Funeral Home – Bay View Chapel on WED. 4-8 PM. Eulogy Service at 7 PM. Funeral Services will take place on THURS. 2 PM at the CHURCH OF THE WILDERNESS, in Bowler, WI. There will be visitation at the Church from 1 PM. until the time of services. Interment to follow at Redspring Cemetery. Patricia was born on the Stockbridge Reservation in Shawano County on June 12, 1945. At the age of 8 she moved with her mother and two brothers to the Milwaukee area. She attended Lincoln High School. In 1965 she married Joseph Azzolina and they were married for 36 years. From 1992 until the present she worked for the Milwaukee Public School System as a home school coordinator for the WE Indians Program. Patricia loved spending time with her children and grandchildren, they were the light of her life, she enjoyed animals, music and was very active in the Native American community.
