Pablo Meléndez Pérez

Falleció en paz, rodeado de su familia, el domingo 17 de mayo de 2026, a la edad de 82 años. Amado esposo de María Lourdes (de soltera Guerrero Muñoz). Querido padre de María Dolores, Juan Pablo, Francisco Javier, Mario (Georgina), Jorge Luis, Adrián (Emilia), Héctor Hugo, Saúl Israel (Rocelia) y Rosa Elena Elizabeth (Kevin). Orgulloso abuelo de 25 nietos y 13 bisnietos. Le sobrevive su hermano Fernando. Le precedieron en la muerte sus padres, J. Ventura Meléndez Nila y María Guadalupe Pérez Cortés, así como sus tres hermanos y una hermana.

Pablo fue una persona optimista y alegre. Disfrutaba bailar, escuchar música y caminar. Todos en el vecindario lo conocían porque salía a caminar todos los días. Siempre hacía un esfuerzo por ayudar a los demás. Fue un gran ejemplo para sus hijos y nietos. Será profundamente extrañado por su familia y por todos quienes lo conocieron.

Los servicios se llevarán a cabo en la Iglesia Católica St. Hyacinth 2064 S 15th St, Milwaukee, WI 53204. La visitación será de 10:00 a.m. a 12:00 p.m. La Misa de Cuerpo Presente comenzará a las 12:00 p.m. El sepelio se realizará posteriormente en St. Adalbert Cemetery.

Passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Sunday, May 17, 2026, at the age of 82 years. Beloved husband of Maria Lourdes (nee Guerrero Munoz). Loving father of Maria Dolores, Juan Pablo, Francisco Javier, Mario (Georgina), Jorge Luis, Adrian (Emilia), Hector Hugo, Saul Israel (Rocelia), and Rosa Elena Elizabeth (Kevin). Dear grandfather of 25 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. Further survived by his brother Fernando. He is preceded in death by his parents, J. Ventura Melendez Nila and Maria Guadalupe Perez Cortes, his three brothers and one sister.

Pablo was an optimistic and happy person. He enjoyed dancing, listening to music, and walking. Everyone in the neighborhood knew Pablo because he walked around every day. He always made a point to go out of his way and help people. Pablo was a good example to his children and grandchildren. He will be deeply missed by his family and all who knew him.

Services will be held at St. Hyacinth Catholic Church 2064 S 15th St, Milwaukee, WI 53204 . Visitation from 10:00 AM to 12:00 Noon. Mass of Christian Burial to begin at 12:00 Noon. Interment to follow at St. Adalbert Cemetery.
