Zippel, Nancy Ann Age 79, of Whitefish Bay, May 29, 2009. Much loved wife of the late Walter and loving mother of Carol Ann, and the late Beth Ellen and Lisa Mary. Further survived by sister and brother in laws, cousin in law Candise Graff, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. For nearly twenty years Nancy worked as supervisor to MATC's Adult classes at the Lydell School office. She enjoyed working with the students and teachers coordinating a variety of programs including art, sewing, cooking and English as second language classes. In her retirement, she provided much appreciated help to Windfall Theatre as box office manager and reservation coordinator along with being an enthusiastic advocate of Windfall's work. Nancy was a brilliant cook and extremely talented knitting and cross-stitch artist. Friends and relatives received many beautifully created sweaters and knitwear. She enjoyed traveling; among her favorite places to visit were Door County, Niagara on the Lake, Canada and London, England. She was never happier than when planning a trip and trying to find the perfect place for afternoon tea. A memorial service celebrating Nancy's life will be held on Sunday, June 7th at 4:00pm at Village Church, 130 East Juneau Avenue in downtown Milwaukee, followed by an afternoon tea reception at the church. Family memories and photos will be on display in the lobby gallery of Village Church before and after the memorial service. Memorials to Village Church appreciated.
