Larsen, Morris N. "Morry" Cowboy" Jesus reached down from Heaven and gathered Morry close in His arms on Friday, August 14, 2015 at the age of 84. Beloved husband for 62 years of Jeanie (nee Ulrich). Loving father of Margie (Steve) Ulrich, Greg (Patricia) Larsen, Ruth (Guy) Bohlman and Jennifer (Mark) Zakrzewski. Cherished grandpa of Cherie Killion (fianc Chris Jones), Steve (Amy) and Ben Ulrich; Elizabeth Larsen; Joshua, Heidi, Hannah and Jakob Bohlman; Sarah (Matt) Palubicki and Ethan Zakrzewski. Dear great-grandpa of Patrick, Connor, Steve, Emma, Dillon and Megan. Treasured brother of Marion Wyncoop, Phyllis Williams and Lois Mandelin. Preceded in death by his parents Albert and Irene Larsen and siblings Donald, Clayton, Roger, Betty, Lorraine and Barbara. Further survived by dear friends Marge and Mary Rose, nieces, nephews, other family members, kitten buddies Isabella and Nellie and many other friends.
Visitation WEDNESDAY, August 19, 2015 from 9-11 AM at ST. CHARLES BORROMEO CHURCH, 3100 W. Parnell Ave. Milwaukee. Mass of Christian Burial at 11 AM. Interment to follow at Arlington Park Cemetery.
Morry proudly served his country in the U.S Navy during the Korean War. He was a former employee of Harnischfeger Corp, The Falk Corp and most recently at Tri-City National Bank where he retired at the age of 80. Morry was a humble and quiet man. In life he enjoyed his time in his youth spending time with his grandpa Johnson, riding horses, vacationing in Northern Wisconsin and out West. A man of great faith Morris was baptized at St. Mark's Cathedral in Venice, Italy and confirmed in Havana, Cuba, with his wife Jeanie was a charter member of St. Charles Borromeo Church. The family would like to thank the medical staff at St. Luke's medical Center for their care of Morry and Fr. Carmelo Giuffre for his spiritual guidance.
