Survived by his beloved partner Carol " CJ" Maglio; 5 children , Olympia Suich Mother of Claudiu Laurentiu Suich ( Laura), Claudia Miraslava Suich Mihut and partner Peter Tinu, Miloranca Suich Pudeli ( Stef) , Josef Suarez Del Real, Emily Suarez DelReal, 5 Grandchildren Gabriel and Sebastian Mihut, Cresimir Pudeli, Josef Dillinger Suarez DelReal, Emilio Undray Suarez Delreal. Further survived by a brother , nieces , nephews. cousins, aunts and uncles in Romania. Miroslav was born in the village of Cravolat Romania and moved to Timisoara for education. Miro completed his Masterful chef skills and degrees from the Culinary Arts Institute in Arad Romania, served in Romanian Army for 2 years as Master Chef in the Officers kitchen. Miroslav emigrated to America in 1981, successfully escaping communist Romania on his 8th attempt, and worked in Seattle Washington, South Carolina, Minnesota and finally Milwaukee Wisconsin, Miro worked at the finest including; The Grand Hotel, Pfister Hotel, Elm Grove Inn, Mr Myagi's and private catering and other requests. He earned many medals from his competitiveness in presentation and creativity of recipes. Visitation at the Funeral Home SUN Aug. 8th 2-4 PM. Remembrances are encouraged at 4 PM In lieu of flowers, memorials appreciated. All, that knew Miro, will agree he lived life to the fullest, loved to socialize and be where the action was.
