Mildred F. Furger "Millie" (nee Knetter) Joined in Eternal Life her beloved husband Roman on Christmas, December 25, 2019. Age 93 years. Loving mother of Gene (Barbara) Furger, Joan (Daniel) Schuelke, Shirl Furger and Tammy (David) Pittser. Cherished grandmother of Zachary (Brenna) Furger, Heather Furger; Marla (Brad) Singsime; Adam (Lindsey) Pittser, Nicholas Pittser and Emily Pittser. Dear great-grandmother of Clara Furger; Sage and Lilly Zwaska; Ashley (Mitchell) Jensen, Jessica and Hunter Singsime. Treasured sister of Blanche. Preceded in death by her siblings Clarence, Gerald, Dale, Ralph, Dick, Violet and Delores. Dear friend of Nicole "Nikki" and Charlene. Further survived by nieces, nephews, family members and friends. Visitation Thursday, January 2, 2020 from 9-11 AM at Nativity of the Lord Catholic Church, 3672 E. Plankinton Ave. Cudahy. Mass of Christian Burial at 11 AM. Interment to follow at Holy Sepulcher Cemetery. Mildred worked for many years at St. Ann Center for Intergenerational Care. She was an active volunteer for Project Concern at St. Frederick Church in Cudahy, Wisconsin.
