Michele "Shelly" Cox (nee Fuhs). On May 17th, at the age of 57, Shelly left this world to be with her parents in eternal life leaving behind her loving husband Ronald.

Shelly is further survived by her brother Clark (Barbara) Fuhs, sister Ann (Robert) Memmel and brother-in-law Reggie.

She was loved dearly by all of her nieces and nephews: Matthew Memmel, Eric Fuhs, Andrew Memmel, Brandon (fiancée Kaitlyn Olvera) Fuhs, Megan Memmel, Tom Cox and Haley Cox.

In addition, she will be greatly missed by her dearest best friend, Jenny Gordon (Howie) and their children Emma and Jake.

As one of the most thoughtful and generous souls a person could know; Shelly always thought of others - never herself. Together she and Ron enjoyed caring for their cats, spending time with family and friends playing games, epically quoting movies and eating delicious food.

In addition to her obsession with Star Wars, Shelly was a particularly passionate sports fan. A good day meant DA Bears, White Sox, Bulls, Blackhawks and Kentucky winning, or the Packers, Cubs and Duke losing.

Shelly's family kindly asks for Bears attire to be worn for her memorial visitation.

Memorial Visitation Sunday, June 8, 2025, from 1PM to 4PM at THE FUNERAL HOME. Brief Memorial Service to follow, at 4PM. Private inurnment at Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery. Celebration of Life to occur at a later date till then may the force be with you.
