Passed away on Thursday, August 31, 2023 at the age of 56. Beloved husband and bestfriend of Kim Sokolowski (nee Mikich). Proud father of Michael (Shellby) Sokolowski and Sara (Tyler) Pfeffer. Cherished papa of Emery Scott Sokolowski. Dear son of Patricia Cynowa and the late Jerome Sokolowski. Dear son-in-law of Thom and Rose Mikich. Loving brother of Sandy Sokolowski and Debi Sokolowski. Loving brother-in-law of Tom Mikich and Christy (Mark) Hardenbrook. Admired uncle of Gina (Matt), Suzi (Kevin), Sydney, Hayden and Bell. Further survived by other relatives, numerous friends and lifelong coworkers.

The family would like to thank the staff of Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center- MRICU 8th Floor, especially, Christine B., Breanna and Sam for the exceptional care they gave Scott during his time of need.
