Michael John Ryan

Born to Eternal Life on June 17, 2023, at the age of 84. Born in Madison, WI on April 22, 1939. Preceded in death by father Richard, mother Gladys, siblings James, Ann, Beatrice, Mary, Charles, Leo Rex, and Raymond. Beloved husband for 55 years of Jean (nee Rabideau) Loving dad of John (Heather), Raymond, Julie, Rochell (the late William) Bissell and Dawn Jacks. Cherished grandpa of Samantha Ryan; Quinton Ryan (fiancé Aristia Doll); William Bissell; and Beverly Jacks. Dear brother-in-law of Marge Ryan. Michael is further survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other family and friends.

Visitation at the Funeral Home Sunday, June 25, 2023 from 4-7 PM. Prayer service at 7 PM. Visitation also Monday from 10-11 AM at St. Charles Borromeo Church, 3100 W. Parnell Ave. Milwaukee Mass of Christian Burial at 11 AM. Entombment with Military Honors at Forest Home Cemetery.

Michael was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather. He was proud parishioner of St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church. He was a Scout Master with troop 214 at Cooper School. He volunteered his time with the meal program at St. Ben's. Michael proudly served his country in U.S. Marine Corps for 7 years. He worked for 35 years in software development, beginning his career as a developer and spent the last 17 years working as a systems analyst. In lieu of flowers, memorials in Michael's name may be made to St. Ben's Meal Program or The American Cancer Society.
