Michael Perkowski, a beloved father, brother, and friend, passed away on May 24, 2026, at the age of 69 in Saint Francis, Wisconsin. Born on December 3, 1956, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, he dedicated his life to his family and community. Michael will be remembered for his unwavering love and support as the devoted father of his sons, Craig (girlfriend-Ashly) and Thomas (Jessica) Perkowski; and his siblings, Gerald (Sharon) and Donald (the late Kristine) Perkowski.
Michael was known as a fond uncle to Bill, Jerry, Jodi, Andrew, and the late Tim, and leaves behind a legacy of love for his great-nieces and nephews, and Samantha and Hope. Preceding him in death were his parents, Ralph and Lorraine, as well as his daughter-in-law, Alissoulae.
A retired delivery driver in the ice cream industry, Michael's career spanned his time at Ardagh Group and as a sprinkler fitter at Grunau and Schoep's Ice Cream. He was a passionate sports fan; he was an avid fan of the Milwaukee Brewers, Milwaukee Bucks, and the Green Bay Packers. He took great joy in coaching his sons' teams and was instrumental in establishing the St. Francis Youth Football Program. His commitment extended to being active in his sons' Boy Scouts activities, showcasing his dedication to fostering mentorship in the next generation.
Michael was not just a sports fanatic; he was also a passionate pet owner who filled his life with companionship and joy. His kindness, enthusiasm, and generosity of spirit touched the lives of many.
