It is with both heavy hearts and a sense of celebration that we announce the passing of Michael Thomas McCormick, who departed this world on October 22, 2025, at the age of 91. Born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Michael was a proud Irishman, whose love for his heritage and family defined his life. For 60 wonderful years, he shared his journey with his beloved wife, the late Marilyn (nee Coffin), building a legacy that continues through his children, Coreen (Mark) Srnec, Jacquelyn (John) Sorenson, Cynthia (Ronald) Hintz, Dawn (David) Smith, Karen (Ken) Kremel, Kevin (Tina), Lisa Robertson, Brian (Kim), Steven (Michelle), Sheryl (Gary) Kolanowski, Kathleen (Eric) Muszytowski, Kristine (Alex) Reyes. Beloved grandfather of 25 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren. Brother of Mary (the late Bill) Tetzlaff, Noreen McCormick, the late Patrick (the late Vann) the late Tim McCormick, the late Dennis (the late Mary) McCormick, the late Margaret Lyons, the late Kathleen (Dennis) Bialk. Also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Michael's life as a Mason Laborer, as well as time spent as a baker in a German bakery, showed his dedication to his craft and ethic for hard work. He was known for his strong spirit and unwavering commitment to those he loved. Michael cherished every moment spent with family and friends, creating memories that will be held dear in the hearts of those he leaves behind.

Memorial Visitation Saturday, November 29th, 2025 from 9AM to 11:30AM at THE FUNERAL HOME. Memorial Service to follow, at 11:30AM. Inurnment at St. Adalbert Cemetery.

Michael will be deeply missed but fondly remembered for his warmth, humor, and zest for life. We invite all who had the privilege of knowing him to join us in celebrating his remarkable journey and the memories that will forever live on in our hearts.
