Grandmother of Nicole (George) Papanastasiou, David (Virginia) Fritz, Angela Fritz, Sarah Fritz, Joseph Fritz, Jacob Willms, Mark Willms, Kelly Willms and Eric Willms. Great-grandmother of Lilian, Jack, Nikolas, Jaxon and Melody. Further survived by other family and friends. Carmen was an active volunteer at St. Veronica Church for many years. She was the very definition of the title homemaker, from childhood on, helping her mother to raise her own family.
