Herman, Mary E. (nee Hurkman) Passed away peacefully Saturday, June 3, 2017 at the age of 94. Loving wife of the late Arthur. Devoted mom of Arthur Jr.(the late Candace) of Tucson, Barbara (Jim) of Denver, James of Chicago and Terry (Pat) of Milwaukee. Preceded in death by her daughter Kristy. Proud grandma of 8 and many great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. Mary cherished her opportunities to help others through volunteering. The numerous charities that she participated in include Christ Child Society, Girl Scouts, St. Joseph Hospital as a Pink Lady and she had a very special place in her heart for the Ronald McDonald House where she worked many Christmas Eve nights so that others with young children could be with their families. Visitation THURSDAY, June 8, 2017 from 10-11:30 AM at ST. VERONICA CONGREGATION, 353 E. Norwich Ave, Milwaukee. Mass of Christian Burial at 11:30 AM. Private Entombment at Wisconsin Memorial Park.
