(nee Bruce) Found peace on Monday, October 7, 2024, age 77 years. Beloved wife for 55 years to John. Loving and much beloved mother of Paul (Sara) Eberhardy, Andrew (Tracy Bersley) Eberhardy, David (Amy "Clover" Thurk) Eberhardy, Robert (Shelley) Eberhardy and James Eberhardy. Mother-in-law of Sumra Harper-Deas. First class spoiler of 9 grandchildren: Andrea, Jacob, ZuZu, Otealia, Quinn, Katherine, Anna, Lucy, and Elias "Bennett". Wildly ecstatic great-grandmother of River. Grateful mother-in-law of daughters-in-law who were strong enough and wise enough to know how to live with her boys. Mary taught French and Latin (in her sparetime?) for Milwaukee and Wauwatosa School systems. She became "Mom" to dozens of her students and remembers and is remembered fondly by many of them. Her smile, intelligence and loving demeanor will be missed by a multitude of family and friends.

Memorial Visitation at the funeral home on Friday, November 8, 2024, 4:00-7:00 PM. Committal service on Saturday, 11:00 AM at Woodlawn Cemetery, 614 E. Howard Ave. (Meet inside S. Pine Ave. entrance). In lieu of flowers, memorials to the American Cancer Society or The American Players Theater in Spring Green, WI will be appreciated.
