Kaczmarek, Mary Ann (nee Jakubiak). Found rest on August 3, 2023 at the age of 79. Loving wife of Jerome "Jerry." Cherished mother of Julie (Jenn Pyles) Kaczmarek, Jerome "Jay" (Lisa) Kaczmarek II. Beloved grandmother of Maddy and Lauren. Sister of Kathy (the late Ronald) Caffrey, Sandy (the late John) Multerer, Robert (Cheryl) Jakubiak and Carol (Tim) Shore. Preceded in death by her daughter Mary. Also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.

Private family services were held.
