Passed away peacefully at Zilber Family Hospice, with family at her bedside on September 9, 2012 at age 90 years. Beloved wife of the late Vernon Gilbertson. She is survived by her children: Bruce (Nancy) Morrison of Greeneville, TN, Ray (Frances) Morrison of Caledonia, Ruth Morris of San Antonio, TX, Elizabeth Burke and Deborah (Frank) Koller of Milwaukee. Further survived by grandchildren: Randy Morrison of Milwaukee, Jeanette (Eric) Olander of Brookfield, Laura (Matthew) Herrmann of Greenfield, Anthony Morrison of Columbia, SC, and Cheryl Morrison of Olin, NC. Also by great grandchildren: Kevin and Kara Olander, Alissa, Emma and Ethan Herrmann, all of Milwaukee, and Anthony Morrison Jr. of Concord, NC, and Joy Hall of Rock Hill, SC. Also special friends Ulysses and Claudia, Waymon Terry, and Brenda Swift of Milwaukee. She was preceded in death by son-in-law Michael Burke, daughter-in-law Julie Morrison, and by her parents, William and Irene Altzerines. Martha was born on Jan. 7, 1922 in Columbus, GA and was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother, and great grandmother who will be deeply missed.
