In Loving Memory of Marquis Gerbau Coffey

Marquis Gerbau Coffey, born on December 1, 1992, in Fort Campbell, KY, peacefully found his rest on January 29, 2024, at the tender age of 31. He was the beloved son of Jason Coffey and Leangela Sosa, and step-son of Po-Jung Lisa Chen.

Marquis was a unique individual who brought joy and warmth to those who crossed his path. He had a compassionate nature that touched the lives of many. His loving presence will be deeply missed by his father Jason, mother Leangela, step-mother Lisa, and sister Tai Asja Gutrick.

He is also survived by his beloved grandparents, Judith Irene Matteson, Gwendoline Reed, and Orvin Benjamin Matteson. Marquis will be dearly remembered by his uncles Damian Sebastian Coffey, Matthew Burl Matteson, Michael Orvin Matteson, Brandon Reed and aunts Holly Ann Matteson-Haubrich, Robin Matteson Goff, Danni Reed, Lakesia Reed.

Visitation will be held at the Funeral Home on Thursday, February 8, 2024, from 4:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M.

Marquis G. Coffey's legacy will forever live on in our hearts. May his soul find eternal peace.
