Obituary

Lyle G. Fink born into Eternal Life on August 9, 2021 at the age of 86. Lyle was born to life in Alma, Wisconsin on January 16, 1935. Lyle attended St. John's School for the Deaf in Milwaukee, WI and went on to St. Mary's School for the Deaf in Buffalo, NY. He was a member of the Milwaukee Silent Club which is now the Greater Milwaukee Association of the Deaf AAAD national basketball championship team in 1954 and 1955. He was a long time bowler with the Milwaukee Deaf League. Lyle married Jacqueline Eva Remington (nee Evans) on August 30, 1985. He retired from Mead Container Company after 42 years. Lyle is survived by his beloved wife, Jacqueline; his aunt, Victoria Fink; his son, Edward Fink; grandson, Jason Fink; step-daughter in-law, Dawn Remington; step-grandchildren, Jackie, Julia, and Trey Remington and five step-great-grandchildren. Lyle is preceded in death by his parents, Gladys (nee Fink) and Orlando Serum; his step-son, Mark Remington and step-daughter in-law, Leslie Remington. Funeral Service will be held on August 16, 2021 at St. Matthias Parish 9300 Beloit Road; Milwaukee, WI 53227. Visitation will be at 10:00 AM followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 12:00 PM. Fr. Christopher Klusman will officiate along with Deacon David Sommers. Private interment at St. Matthias Cemetery.
