Born To Eternal Life on July 25, 2013. Age 65 years. Loving father of Luz (Richard) Hernandez and Juan Hernandez. Luis is further survived by other family and friends.
Visitation at the Funeral Home, MONDAY, August 5th 2013 from 5:00-9:00 PM. Additional Visitation TUESDAY, August 6th from 10:00-11:00 AM. Funeral Services at 11:00 AM. Interment to follow Arlington Park Cemetery.
