(nee Franckowiak) Completed her lifes journey on November 25, 2017 and entered Eternal Life. Born in Pulaski, WI on August 13, 1927, the tenth child of Simon and Rose Franckowiak who preceded her in death. Also preceded by three brothers, Mike, John and Frank and six sisters, Pauline, Catherine, Helen, Frances, Evelyn and Virginia. Also preceded in death by son-in-law George Farnsworth.
George, her beloved husband of 71 years survives her along with three daughters and one son: Cathryn (Robert) Wessolowski; Christine (Richard) Kras; Kenneth (Joanne) Brzozowski; and Mary Ellen (Robert) Strieter. Her Magnificent Seven grandchildren are Sandra (Jonathan) Thames; Laura (Jarod) Packard; Colleen Brzozowski: Claudia (Jeremy) Demers; Jeffrey Brzozowski; Philip (Sarah) Stepanski; and Erin (Nick) Gamache. Also surviving are ten great-grandchildren: Matthew and Kayla Thames; Austin and Samantha Schlechta; Alexa and Eddie Brzozowski; Nathan and Ryan Stepanski; and Abigail and Caleb Gamache. Special step-grandmother to Sean (Heather) Kras and Peter (Michelle) Kras and their families. She leaves behind many loving nieces and nephews. Her true joy came from her husband, children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She will be greatly missed but her spirit will walk forever with all of her family.
Lorraine worked for the U.S. Federal Government GSA. She was a member St. Vincent de Paul in Milwaukee for 35 years and was an active member of their Altar Society. She currently was a member of St. Frances Cabrini Parish in West Bend.
Visitation Thursday from 9:30 - 11:30 AM at St. Frances Cabrini Parish, 1025 S. 7th Ave West Bend. Mass of Christian Burial at 11:30 PM. Private entombment Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
