(nee Lake), 69, of Milwaukee, WI and formerly of Gladstone, MI. passed away on June 9th, 2020. Linda was born on December 13th, 1950 in Escanaba, MI. After graduating from Gladstone High School in 1969 she married her husband, Larry Shirk, with whom she just celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary. Linda later went on to study Business/Human Resources at Alverno College in Milwaukee. Linda was predeceased by her parents, John Gust Lake and Jessie Alice Lake. She is survived by the love of her life, Larry Shirk.; her daughters Jennifer and Danielle; grandchildren Andrea, Taylor, Jalen, Megan and Phoebe; and great-grandchildren Nikolai, Reghan and Rowan. Besides spending time with her family, Linda had a passion for traveling, playing card games, gardening and caring for her pets. Linda had a bright personality and known to have the ability to sense when others needed help. She touched many with her generosity and passion for life.
