(nee Ast) Passed away surrounded by family on Wednesday, March 1, 2023. Age 68 years. Loving wife of Tom Cottreau for 46 years. Dear daughter of Ralph and Beverly (Fischer) Ast. Beloved mom of Chris (Rebecca) Cottreau and Jessica (Philip) DiBlasi. Cherished grandma of Elliot Cottreau and Henry DiBlasi. Proud aunt of Jaime (Vasas) Zimmer. Further survived by other relatives and friends. Preceded in death by Jean Cottreau, Carolyn (Ast) Vasas, Carey Ast, Steven Vasas.

Linda graduated with her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from the University of Wisconsin - Oshkosh and later received her Masters of Science in Nursing from Marquette University. In her career, Linda notably worked as the Vice President of Nursing at Aurora Sinai Medical Center and went on to teach in the nursing program at Bryant & Stratton College.

Memorial Visitation FRIDAY, March 17, 2023 from 10:30 A.M.-12:00 Noon at ST. JOHN'S EVANGELICAL LUTHERAN CHURCH, 6802 W Forest Home Ave, Greenfield. Memorial Service at 12:00 Noon. Inurnment to follow at the church cemetery.

Linda was dedicated to serving her church, St. John's Evangelical Church, through the church  Altar Guild, Choir, and Handbell groups. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the St. John's Altar Guild are appreciated.
