Winters, Leonard C. Found eternal happiness on Thursday, August 11, 2016, age 91 years. Beloved husband of Charlotte Winters. Also survived by a niece, great and great-great nieces and nephews and friends. Len was a U.S. Army Air Corps veteran serving during World War II, member of Aspinall-Bair-Stober VFW Post No. 10038 in Rochester, a retiree of Babcock Wilcox and a UW-Madison graduate majoring in Geology.
