Was born on July 17, 1929 in Thorp, WI and died on Monday, November 22, 2010 in Waterford, WI at the age of 81 years. Beloved husband for 58 years of Florence (nee Bruss). Loving father of Roger Jasinski, Renee (John) Jarvey, Carol Krey and Carla Jasinski. Cherished grandfather of Erin, Katie and Kristen Jarvey, Adam (Monica), Tony and Rachel Krey. Dear brother of Reggie Jenkot and Edward (Irene) Jasinski. Preceded in death by his parents Michael and Kathryn Jasinski, brothers Raymond and Henry Jasinski and sisters Frances Neid and Violet Zelent. LUTHERAN CHURCH, 6025 S. 27th St. Funeral Services at 11:30 AM. Inurnment with Military Honors to follow at Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery. Leonard was born and raised in Thorp, WI. After serving his country in the U.S. Army during the Korean War he settled in the Milwaukee area where he met his wife Florence. Upon retiring from Milwaukee Furnace after 34 years of service, Leonard and Florence moved to Holcombe and lived there until 2004. They most recently lived in Racine to be close to their family.
