Leon R. Donald of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, passed away peacefully on November 5 after a long and courageous battle with cancer. He was 72. Beloved husband of Laura (nee Buggs). Loving father of Sonya Trina Boone, Monette Reed Boone Bryant, and Sonette Reed Singleton. Further survived by sisters Diana Dean (Jed), Bonnie Donald Malone, and Patricia Donald Fuller, and brothers Forrest "Pikey" Powell (Carolyn), Hon. M. Joseph Donald (Ann), and Anthony "Tony" Donald (Angelica), grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Preceded in death by his parents Robert and Dorothy Donald (nee Bates), and brothers William Donald, Robert Wynn Donald, and John Fred Donald. Leon proudly served in the U.S. Navy.

Visitation is Monday, November 21, from 12 noon to 1 PM at Prasser-Kleczka Funeral Home, 3275 S. Howell Avenue, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, 53207-2799. Interment, blessing and military honors to follow at 2 PM at Southern Wisconsin Veterans
