Conta, Leo H. Born and raised in Crystal Falls, MI, found peace on Thursday, August 9, 2012 at the age of 87. Beloved husband for 58 years to the late Evelyn M. Conta (nee Langen). Father of Kenneth (Ellen) Conta and Gia(Mike) LaRoche. Also survived by 6 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, other family and friends. Leo served his country during WWII in the Army Air Corps. He came to Milwaukee in 1948 and started a business that later was known as Tippecanoe Linoleum and Tile Company with the help of his wife Evelyn. The family would like to thank the staff and caregivers at Sylvan Crossing Creekside for their loving care of Leo. Visitation at the Funeral Home Saturday August 18th from 9:00 AM- 11:00AM. Funeral services at 11:00 AM. Private interment Woodlawn Cemetery.
