Born To Eternal Life on Sunday, September 25, 2022, age 96 years. Beloved husband and best friend for 57 years of the late Shirley A. (nee Weiss). Loving Father of Tom (Deb), Mary Ellen "Toot" (Paul) Lukezich, Mike (Carla), Jim (Pennie), Dan (Paula) and Anne Sauer. Cherished Grandpa of Jodi, Kati Kolosovsky, Joe (Jonathan) Laedtke-Heider, Nathan, Nicole, Adam Shoppach, Mark, Jack, John, David and Scott. Great-grandpa of Stella. Father-in-law of the late Tom Laedtke. Brother of the late George (Rita) Leonard, the late Bernadette (the late Jim) Wendorf. Further survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.

Visitation Thursday, September 29, 2022 from 10:30AM to 12PM at. ST. SEBASTIAN CONGREGATION, 5400 W. Washington Blvd., with Mass of Christian Burial to follow, at 12PM. Entombment at Holy Cross Cemetery

Leo was a proud member of American Legion Post 449 and the Knights of Columbus. He was a graduate of both Marquette University High School (class of 1944) and Marquette University (class of 1951) where he was a member of Delta Sigma Pi fraternity. He and Shirley were charter members of the former Our Lady of Sorrows parish, from the day it opened until the day it closed.
