Obituary

Born May 21, 1930. Entered into Eternal Life on Saturday, March 26, 2022 at the age of 91. Loving husband and best friend of Karen (nee Gifford) for 58 years. Cherished dad of Kelly (Joe) Kuhlmann and Heather (Scott) von Uhlit. Beloved Papa of Megan (Travis) Dahl, Zachary Jones and Ryan Eurich. Dear great-grandpa of Alice, Finn and Olivia. Preceded in death by his parents, Alfred and Evelyn Foerster; and his brother Glenn Foerster. Also loved nieces, nephews, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, other family members and friends. Lee was a Marine Corps Veteran, serving during the Korean War. He later joined the Coast Guard Reserves. Lee was a long-time Firefighter with the Milwaukee Fire Department, retiring after 30 years in 1983. Memorial Gathering at the Funeral Home, Saturday, April 23, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Memorial Service with Military Honors at 1:00 PM. Private inurnment Forest Hill Memorial Park. Lee's family would like to thank Brighton Hospice staff for their wonderful care.
