He passed away peacefully on Saturday, May 28 at the age of 81. He was proceeded in death by his wife Elizabeth Vannettie (nee Beall) and his son Ed Vannettie. He is survived by his two sons Nick Vannettie (Kim) and Tony Vannettie; Betsy's children Jill (Steve Zess), Jeff Sawatzke (Kathleen Brass), and Jason Sawatzke (Jesus Tores); his grandchildren, Sydney, Brandon, Nicole, Riley, Winnie and Emsley and his beloved dog Piper. Lawrence died doing what he loved, antiquing. He will be missed by many, loved by all. Private Services will take place at Woodlawn Cemetery.
