Cherished grandfather of Lizbeth, Julia (Jeremiah); Bethany (Roger), Janell (Tim), Josiah, Emilly (Steve); Ramona, Benjamin (Terry), Jordan (Seth); Tim; Michael, Shannon; Krystal (Jeremy), Selina, Stephanie; Holly; Reymond and Rose. Dear great-grandfather of Jacqueline; Kendra, Donovan, Gabriella; Evangeline, Anastasia; Payton, Micah, Cora; Vivienne; Marley and Lily. Dear brother of Mary Thornton. Preceded in death by his parents Valentine and Eleanor and 10 siblings. Further survived by nieces, nephews, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, other family members and friends. Memorial visitation at the Funeral Home Friday, November 25, 2016 from 4-8 PM. Eulogy service at 7 PM. Visitation also Saturday from 10-11 AM at St. Veronica Church, 4001 S. Whitnall Ave. Milwaukee. Mass of Christian Burial at 11 AM. Private inurnment at Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery. Larry was a U.S. Navy Veteran proudly serving his country in the Korean War. Larry was a member of George Washington / Bay View Post #180, American Legion. He was a dedicated employee of Delco Electronics where he worked on the guidance system for the Apollo Space Program, sang in the Delco Male Chorus and retired from Cooper Power Systems in South Milwaukee.
