Larry found eternal peace on Saturday, March 18, 2023, at the age of 60. Cherished husband of Nancy Hartmann (nee Tremel). Beloved father to Lawrence Michael Hartmann (Angie) and the late Chrystal Lee Garcia (nee Hartmann). Dear brother of Daniel Hartmann (Linda), Alan Hartmann (Darcy), Timothy Hartmann (Dawn) and the late Barbara Hartmann. Beloved son of the late Rosemarie Hartmann (nee Biskupski) and the late Ronald Leroy Hartmann. Beloved uncle to Julie Hartmann (Kevin). Beloved grandpa to Elija, Josiah, Mireya, Maliki, Riley Rose, Jordan, and Dante. Larry was blessed to have so many wonderful friends both within his jobs in building and home repair and in his selfless services within the community of his Church. His 5-year battle with cancer led him to find wonderful support and so many genuine friendships inside the medical world he followed throughout his battle with this disease.

For many years Larry worked at Tippecanoe Presbyterian Church where he maintained the property and selflessly took care of the homeless. He would help them with finding seasonal clothes and food both at his church and even on the streets. If Larry saw someone who needed help, he would not hesitate to stop and help them out regardless of the circumstances. Larry will be greatly missed by his wife, his family, his friends, and the wonderful community of his church.
