Leifer, LaVerne A. (nee Schibelka) Our devoted and caring mother went to be with the Lord on December 18, 2006, age 86 years. Beloved wife of the late Kermit P. Leifer. Loving mother of Norman (Bonnie) Leifer and Janice (Terry) Rogman. Proud grandmother of David Rogman and Jerry (Becky) Rogman. Caring great- grandmother of Dahlia and Isaiah. Dear sister-in-law of Nellie Schibelka, Marian Leifer, Eunice Miller and Shirley Leifer. Aunt of Sibbie (Herbie) Lowery and Lester Jr. "Jim" (the late Wanda) Schibelka. Preceded in death by her brother Lester Schibelka. Also survived by other family and friends. Visitation at the Funeral Home Wednesday, December 20, 4-8 PM, Funeral Service at 8PM. Interment Woodlawn Cemetery, 614 E. Howard Ave., please meet in the cemetery entrance at 10:50 AM. LaVerne was a member of Resurrection Ev. Lutheran Church.
