Further survived by brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Joy worked for 24 years as an assembler at Carlisle Inter-connect Technologies. He was a 1985 graduated of Washington High School. He enjoyed collecting cars and taking care of his yard. He was an accomplished artist and musician.
